Superman: Red Son

Superman red son! i cannot believe how amazing this story is and how well written it is. Today i got a hold of this comic and boy am i amazed. not only did it live up to my expectations it surpassed them. i would have loved to read this 3 part comic earlier but i have a tendency to stick to certain character story-lines until i finish the series and it just so happens that its superman turn. i have not finished all three parts but i have finished 1 and about half of the second part. it is unfortunate that i cannot finish reading at this time as i am in school and i have to finish my assignments. have any of you read this what if? what do you think about it?
i did not want to ruin any of the story for those who haven't picked this issue up, but i will say this, if you haven't figured it out superman did not land in america he landed in mother Russia. i bid thee good reading!!

Gotham

Im sure many of you have already heard of the new show that FOX is planning on bringing out Gotham
it is to be an origin story of how bruce wayne grew up and how commisioner gordon came into his life. it will also feature a variety of characters. i for one am anxious to see how this show will turn out and i am looking forward to it being successful seeing as the arrow in the CW has had much success. what do you think about this pre-Batman story show? do you like it? or do you think it will be a bad idea? i bid thee good reading

X-Men: Day of Future Past

This movie is set to come out may 23rd 2014 and i for one cannot wait. the direction that this movie seems to be taking is excellent and it might be the strongest of the franchise. while i do know that there will be some things in this movie i may not like i am prepared. but to be honest i expect this movie to be awesome and i am sure that it will meet my expectations. what do you all think of this up coming movie? Raven

raven is one of my favorite female superheroes. her constant struggle with the evil in her bloodline make her a very dangerous woman indeed. when it came to choosing between starfire and raven i always chose raven because she was just so badass! while i prefer her look before new 52 i still think that she looks awesome in the new 52. she has also had one of the best background stories. who is your favorite super-heroin? do you think she can compete with raven? i bid thee good reading!

The lantern Oaths some of the most bone chilling dialogue in comic book history. when you hear these oaths being recited you know things are going to get good. which one is your favorite? my two favorite oaths are Red and Orange because they are so cool! i bid the good reading!

Sentry

Many of you know Sentry a very odd hero indeed. he is very very powerful and has been shown to have the power of a million exploding suns(his power limit has yet to be shown) he has very unique abilities in his arsenal one being radiation. he has the power to emit any radiation he wants whether it be solar, gamma or any other. being a part of the super soldier program his serum also imbued him with super strength and incomprehensible speed, and strength. sentry also possesses matter manipulation that is on par with that of molecule mans. he has many other abilities and yet his powers have yet to see a limit in the comic books. his power is so strong that he was able to calm World-breaker Hulk one of his most powerful incarnations. i would recommend that you all research him as he is a character with a very intriguing background. i bid thee good reading!

Avenger: Age of Ultron

Of course many of you have heard about the direction the avengers are taking in the next installment of Earth 199,999. i cannot express how frustrated i am at the this whole idea. how can you give us age of ultron when you do not have the proper set up? while ultron is mostly an avenger villain and i get that the producer/director is trying to keep the spotlight on the avengers but when it comes down to it i am very disappointed. when i think age of ultron i think all the avengers, meaning Spider-Man, The Fantastic Four, The X-Men and other heroes not just the line up they are giving us. yes its true that Sony doesnt want to hand over their license on spider-man. would that not give them the option of doing something else? that is what i am disliking about this new installment but in the end it should prove to be a pretty good movie if made right. of course i will still watch it when it comes out because im not going to say that the movie sucks because its not the way id like it to be. what do you think about this choice do you agree with me or do you simply say it is what it is? i bid thee Good Reading!

The Bat Family

Damian wayne, Tim Drake, Jason Todd, and Dick Grayson the four male robins. the mantle of robin was always too much for anyone to bear. these are my favorite robins in no particular order, not because they were stronger then the female robins but because they were the strongest minded of Batman's family. Being a sidekick to Batman is no easy feat but these four made it and they were the best. who do you like the most? i often hear people say that robin was useless but those people know nothing of what they have been through and what they did. The Batman's family will always be the best family no matter how dysfunctional it may be. i bid thee good reading and if you have not read anything on the sidekicks i would recommend you do so.

Batman Arkham Knight "Original character?"

im sure many of you have heard the news of this original character that is to debut in batman arkham knight. there is a theory going around that this character is not so original and may be none other than Jason Todd. i myself am open to the theory but come on would they really announce it as an original character if it were Jason? what do you think? do you believe it might be Jason?

The Marvel Universe Illuminati

the Marvel Universe Illuminati a selection of the most brilliant minds out there. the Illuminati is a powerful organization, well they would have to be right in order to send the hulk to another planet. have any of you read these comics? i know i haven't and it sounds awesome from what my friends are telling me. i just finished some earth 11 stuff so ill be pretty close to reading this series in a couple of days.  who is your favorite Illuminati member? i personally want to read this because i am a big conspiracy guy and we all know the real life Illuminati(the enlightened ones) and what their agenda may be. anyway this series seems pretty cool. i bid thee good reading!

DC Universe Earth-11

you all know about comics books and the many universes right. well while reading up on some universes that i hadn't had the chance to read i stumbled upon Earth-11, a universe in which the gender roles of all heroes and villains has changed. superman is now superwoman, batman is now batwoman, and so forth. i have yet to read much on this universe but it is something that i will be doing later today once i am out of school. probably the strangest thing by far in this universe is the fact that Wonder Man still has a feminine looking outfit, and i am not talking about the lower garb, but the tank top and the tiara. well it seems like it will be a pretty funny thing with the gender roles reversed and all. well i would suggest that you guys read up on this earth as well if you haven't i know i will! i bid thee good reading!

Archie's Weird Mysteries

Archie's Weird Mysteries, i'm sure many of you know these comics and if not maybe the show. Archie's weird mysteries is a hilarious series of a teenager and his friends in a town where mysterious things just happen. these comics are a different variation of scooby-doo, it is hilarious and it has lovable characters that will make you want to read it again and again. if you have no clue about archie's weird mysteries then i would recommend that you check them out and if not the comics at least the animated show. i bid thee good reading!

Deathstroke and Deadpool the wilsons

Slade Wilson ans Wade Wilson to awesome characters from different sides. one is Detective Comics the other is Marvel Comics, but which one is your favorite? do you prefer the serious weapon master Deathstroke or the joking weapons master Deadpool. for me it has to be Deathstroke the original because he is simply just amazing, not only in his combat skills but in his serious demeanor. Deathstroke's outfit is also my preferred one, even though red is my favorite color. i have many more reasons, but have you ever thought about your reasoning for liking one more than the other? i bid thee good reading!

Teen Titans

Teen Titans the cartoon network show about the sidekicks. im sure many of you know about this show especially if it was around the time you were a child. while the show was about the sidekicks and many people did not care for them the teen titans are actually one of the best teams you could come across. them being kids and all it was expected that they behave in an irrational way but that is what was so good about it. they behaved irrationally but they would eventually learn a lesson, and everyone of the lessons learned made them into heroes. if you have not seen the show or read the comic books on teen titans or any multiverse equivalent i suggest you go online or if your more traditional like myself get the comic book. i bid thee good reading

SPAWN

SPAWN one of the darkest characters out there in the comic book world is simply awesome! how many of you guys like spawn? whether it be the movie or the comic book? for me the comic books are much better seeing as in the comic books we are given magnificent plots and awesome new power ups that SPAWN gains, and the villains are just as cool. if you have not read anything on SPAWN i recommend you do so. and for those who have been keeping up are you excited for the new issues?

Batman Arkham knight

I'm sure that many of you have already heard the news on the upcoming batman game in the arkham series. while the games are awesome and very enjoyable i think that the developers are making a mistake by introducing another installment into the series. Batman is one of my favorite characters but i believe they are just trying to milk the series, next thing you know the series will end up like call of duty, bringing its fanbase the same thing with each game. sure the games will have an excellent story line but the game mechanics may end up the same as its predecessors. im not saying that it will be dull but it is a possibility. every game that has come out has been better than the last so im not really worried about that. what do you guys think about it? i bid thee good reading!

Marvel and DC

Marvel and DC have been around for some time now and it is awesome! comic books have some of the most amazing characters ever created and the storylines are just as magnificent. although i do not agree with some of the things that happen in comic books, they are nonetheless awesome!!!

The Fantastic Four

Of course many of you already know that they are rebooting the fantastic four movies. i am highly disappointed in the casting of the new movie for a couple of reasons. one being the cast change. the original cast for the fantastic four movie always seemed like the best suited people for the roles, the were great. the new cast sees a younger cast and not only that, it features an african-american  playing the role of johnny. and DO NOT get me wrong i do not have anything against the color of his skin as i myself are colored. it is the fact that they decided to completely change everything. how are they going to explain the relationship between sue and johnny? sure some of you may say adoption, but that just seems like too much to implement. another reason is what is going to be the plot for this movie? what do you think about this upcoming movie? i will still watch it so that i may give it a try. i bid thee good reading!

The Multiverse

Those of you who are knowledgeable about the comic book multiverse, what do you think about it? do you believe it is cool or do you think that it is simply too much?  i have asked some of my colleagues what they think about the multiverse and they each have different opinions. one said that the multiverse is awesome because it allows for different outcomes in so many nigh infinite ways. another one of my colleagues said to me that the multiverse is too much as it becomes complicated to follow certain things and that too many worlds is also hard to follow. i myself believe that the multiverse is awesome! it allows the reader to perceive a comic book hero or villain in a way that is different from another in a different universe. take for example batman from earth 1 and batman from earth 43 they have so many differences. what do you think about the multiverse? i bid thee good reading! 

Earth-43 Batman

this comic book about about batman details the life of batman in a struggle against Dracula on earth-43(one of the 51 one realities that branched from the repair of the multiverse). Batman in a struggle with Dracula allows himself to be bitten by a female vampire. i will not ruin this comic book for you instead i suggest you read it. i bid thee good reading!

Marvel: Earth X

Earth X is a series of comics in which the planet has mutated and everyone on earth has powers/abilities. I have not read these comics but i have been told by everyone that i know that it is an awesome series spanning from Earth X to Paradise X if i am correct. I myself will read these comics and experience the story line for myself and see if it is all that it is hyped up to be. i bid thee good reading!

Superman Prime

Superman prime one of thee strongest characters DC has ever managed to produce. I like superman but there comes a point when enough is enough. superman has always been an icon that was powerful beyond almost anything and that is why i kind of think that superman is just a completely unfair character. superman needs to stop getting all these power boosts that they are giving him he has become nigh omnipotent and that is something that i can not really stand to see keep happening. if DC would stop relying on superman to be the most powerful being in the multiverse i would have 100% respect for them. Do Not get me wrong i love DC Comics this is just one complaint that i have. i bid thee good reading!

My favorite comic book characters

The Hulk and Dr. Fate have always been two of my favorite characters. these two are strong and they can battle with the strongest of them all. to be more specific World Breaker Hulk and Pre-Crisis Dr. Fate are my favorite. World Breaker Hulk because of the devastating damage he left on the planets heroes and Pre-Crisis Dr. Fate for being so strong that he could last a while in a fight against the Spectre. both display awesome power. The Hulk with his raw power and intelligence. Dr. Fate with his raw power and magic abilities. who are your favorite characters? i bid thee good reading!

Justice League: War

some of you may have already seen or heard about the new justice league movie, Justice League: War. this movie is set before there was a justice league before any of the members met. it is plotted around the league members meeting each other over an impending invasion led by none other than Darkseid. this movie like most animated movies DC makes was great. i only have three complaints about this movie one being no Aquaman the next one being no Martian Man Hunter and third would have to be the minimal action. i expected to see a lot of action in this movie seeing as how the Flash Point Paradox was so action packed. overall this movie was darn good and i recommend that you watch it if you haven't already. i bid the good reading.

The End: Hulk

The End Hulk is a one book Comic detailing the life of the hulk at the end of the world in which everyone on the entire planet is dead and Bruce and the Hulk are the only ones left. this one comic is the saddest hulk story that i have ever read and it is simply amazing. i recommend this comic to anyone new or old to the comic world this is a great read. i bid thee good reading!
